The new Prosecutors Against Gun Violence group, composed of 23 big name criminal attorneys from around the country, opened its inaugural meeting Tuesday in Atlanta.
Announced last month by Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance, Jr. and Los Angeles City Attorney Mike Feuer, who co-chair the avowedly non-partisan PAGV, the group promises to advance “prosecutorial and policy solutions to the national public health and safety crisis of gun violence.”
